I know what it is like to be drowning.
In motherhood. Life. Everything.
Sometimes gasping for air even seems like too much. Some people don’t want to listen, and you’re left feeling crazy.
Well, I have to tell you mama. You are NOT crazy, and most importantly, you are not alone. 1/5 people suffer with mental illness and odds are, you know plenty of people who are struggling right alongside you.
My name is Lynneah and I want to help as best as I can. I have struggled with depression, anxiety, PPD, and now have been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. My mental health has been all over the place for as long as I can remember. But a wonderful thing that has come out of my mental health journey is my knowledge of tools that help when you are struggling.
That is why I have put together this Mental Health Toolbox for Moms.
I’ve stuffed my mental health toolbox for moms full of tips, hacks, and cheats that will help you go from struggling, to having a plan.
I can’t guarantee that this toolbox will solve all of your problems, but I do whole-heartedly think it will help.
These are all tips and tools I’ve learned along the way of my own mental health journey like how to journal for your mental health, creating your ideal routine (which is a HUGE must for mental health support), along with how to cope when things aren’t going well.
